It is not unusual to see terrible traffic downtown and on the main roads all around the city. Very often they close roads to pass government corteges, making it difficult to drive from one place to another. Here is a good expression: "New York traffic is a child's play compared to Moscow's traffic!"

I am a single mother who just recently made my second trip to Russia to bring home my child. I took the advice of some fellow adoptees from Ireland who had recommended Arthur and his services.
