I have traveled all over the world and have been with many guides (including National Georgraphic tours). My trip to Moscow was one of the memorable trips I have taken mainly due to Arthur's efforts. Prior to leaving Moscow Arthur gave me a c.d. of photos that he took during the days we were together. He is also a near professional photographer. I would highly recommend him for individual or group tours.

My trip to Moscow was centered around the annual Victory Day parade and Arthur's advice was superb. He was able to scout out exact locations for me to shoot videos and pictures of tanks/rocket-launchers/etc going down the streets. This was impressive because the entire city was locked down yet Arthur literally told me where (within 5 feet) to set up my camera equipment for the best shots and without hassle. From the moment I arrived at the airport in Moscow (where Arthur was waiting for me with my name on a sign) to the moment he dropped me off, I felt very safe. His English is impeccable and knowledge of Moscow's history, culture and current events are top-notch. Also, I highly suggest his evening tour which offers some amazing photo ops.

We only had one day but Arthur went above and beyond to ensure that we saw as much as possible and did what we wanted to do. He took amazing photos that we will treasure forever. Walking out at Moscow airport and being greeted by Arthur was such a smooth and easy experience and definitely welcome after a long flight from New York! He was fun to hang out with and knew a lot about Russian history. We will always remember our time with Arthur and hope that he can come visit us in New York for pizza! :)

Arthur arranged on short notice to pick us up at the Airport hotel, drive us into Moscow, conduct an informative and organized tour, and then got us (and our luggage) onto our airplane home. Arthur's commentary was clear, informed and very interesting. Arthur brought his camera to supplement our efforts, and that was greatly appreciated as we were travel-weary and also of course fully occupied with site-seeing. We completely enjoyed, and highly recomment, Arthur to English speaking travelers.
